Incomplete applications cannot be processed and an email will be sent to you for confirmation. A complete application includes submission of income, assets, credit and any other requested supporting documentation. Applications without all supporting documentation will not be reviewed. Upon submitting an application, please provide all supporting documents at the same time. All applicants must meet the following criteria and documentation requirements: * Minimum credit score of 580 * Maximum debt to income ratio of 45%. * Verifiable 12 month rental/mortgage history. Rent payments require 12 months cancelled checks or bank statements. * Copy of a photo ID * Most recent pay stub and W-2. 4 pay stubs if paid hourly and 1 if paid salary. * Contact name and number to verify employment. * Offer letter of employment confirming salary/compensation (if applicable). * Self-employed applicants and those who receive compensation primarily by commission must provide the most recent year's tax return and form 1099 (if applicable). * Debt obligations that are not verifiable by a credit report must be listed in the appropriate section on the application (i.e., alimony, child support, etc…) * Deferred student loans must be verified by written documentation from the creditor. Upon review of the aforementioned documentation, credit history and background results, we reserve the right to request additional documentation as necessary to complete our review of your application. Any false or misleading information provided will result in a denial of your application.
