  • Q: Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    A: No, you are not required by law to accept Section 8 if you own rental property.
  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes, we licensed with the S.C. Dept. of Labor, Licensing and Regulation-The Real Estate Commission.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes, we are available nights and weekends for emergencies via phone and email.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes, we can pay owner draws through electronic deposit. This process can take up to 3 business days.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Currently we are focusing our efforts on managing properties.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Owner draws are issues once the tenant funds have cleared the bank. Tenants have till the 5th of the month to issue payment. It can take up to 3 business days for funds to clear the bank.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: Tenants can pay rent online by check or money order. We do not accept cash.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: Typical lease terms are 12 months. Occasionally, longer or shorter lease terms are an option.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: The security deposit is equal to the monthly rent. Pet fees are additional.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: We are ready when you are!
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: Single family homes, condos and townhouses
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: We do not send month reports. Owner statements/reports are always available by logging into your owner portal.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: We hold the security deposit in our trust account till the end of the lease term.
