  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No, we are not able to hold a property prior to approving an application.
  • Q: What fees are charged when signing a lease?

    A: We charge a security deposit, first and last months rent, HVAC Filter Fee and Pet Rent if applicable.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 21 years or older
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes, pending no damages to the property the security deposit will be refunded.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: The application is on the website. Prospective tenants should apply online, then forward supporting documentation can be emailed or delivered.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent can be paid online through the tenant portal or mailed. We accept personal checks, cashier checks and money orders. We do not accept cash payments.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Call and speak with us prior to getting a pet. Some properties do not allow pets or require owners approval of the pet. Failure to seek permission prior to obtaining a pet is a lease violation and may result in an eviction.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: You would still be obligated for the rent payment. If another person wants to take over your portion of the lease they must apply. In a situation like this it is best to call and speak with us prior to moving out.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Your lease will state that a 60 day written notice is required. Please submit your intent to not renew your lease in writing at least 60 days prior to the end of the lease term.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: This is determined on a case by case basis. Normal wear and tear maintenance generally is an owner obligation misuse is typically a tenant's responsibility.
